The records are kept in a physically and digitally secure storage for the duration of the transcription process after which the files are backed-up on an optical media. Our server is equipped with a state-of-the-art firewall and anti-virus software to prevent unauthorized intrusion from the internet. This means that your data is protected by the strongest commercial encryption methods available - the same ones used by most U.S. Government agencies, bank, and other institutions that value their data and insist on its security. |
